All You Ever Wanted To Know About RockMISSes
(and asked many times)

1. Who are you?
Two girls from Vienna who tend to spend most of their time at gigs, festivals, parties and are living & breathing music.

2. When did you start all this?
We were born as RockMISSes. But the site saw the light of day on Dec, 24th 2007.

3. What is this all for? Why are you doing this?
We think it's fun. And it seems to do some good for the talented guys&gals who play all that nice music.

4. Why the heck is it all in English if you are in Vienna?
German is a nice language, but we want to spread the word about Viennese scene all over this nice little planet called Earth.

5. Do you really know all these people, or just faking it?
Yeah, all our friends are famous.

6. How do you pick your features?
It's very simply: if we like the music, we will write about it. If we don't, then we won't.

7. Who are the "Friends"? Can I be a "Friend"?
A "Friend" is everyone living a rock'n'roll life. Some of them are our "real-life-friends", too. You can be our myspace-friend, or you can write us a story about a great gig you saw, or your fave album or how you said 'hello' to some Mister Rockstar.
 
8. I have a band, can you help me arrange a gig in Vienna?
We can't book a gig for you, but we can suggest to you the venues that you can contag. A hot piece of advice is to write to the venues directly (Arena, Flex, Chelsea, B72, Badeschiff, Fluc...) or contact some of the main promoters.
 
9. Yay, I got a gig! Can you help me promote it?
Sure, just drop us a line where and when you are playing. We'll put you in the Fave Event Calender of that month (provided we like you ;)) and/or get in touch with you to do a proper feature / interview.

10. Can you help me meet someone famous?
If you are nice to us, we can.

11. I'm throwing a party, do you want to come?
Sure, we'll be happy to decorate your guestlist with our names!
